Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lv88luck ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the lv88luck website, mobile interface and all associated services, games, promotions and communications.

lv88luck is an English-language online entertainment platform serving Malaysian adults. Our services include, but are not limited to, online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, live football coverage, lottery formats and arcade titles accessible via the lv88luck website. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Definitions

Account Eligibility

Participation on the lv88luck Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active.

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. Casino-style gambling through lv88luck is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. This requirement reflects internationally recognised standards for responsible gambling operations.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You do not currently hold and have not previously held another active or suspended lv88luck Account under any other name, identity or payment method.
• Own funds: The funds you deposit and use for gambling are your own lawfully obtained personal funds. You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.
• Not self-excluded: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion or account restriction.
• Accuracy of information: The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and current.

lv88luck reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any outstanding bonus credit.

Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Account Registration

To use lv88luck services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and primary contact number. All fields marked as required must be completed truthfully. lv88luck will not accept registrations using pseudonyms, initials or false information.

Upon successful registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. lv88luck will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

lv88luck is required to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals and may request verification documents at any stage. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Malaysian MyKad or valid passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (issued within 90 days)
• Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow or Touch 'n Go eWallet account confirmation)

Documents must be legible, unaltered and submitted in the format requested. lv88luck may decline documents that appear manipulated. Refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until the process is satisfactorily completed.

Account Conduct

You agree to use the lv88luck Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following actions are expressly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with any part of the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or miscalculated odds for financial gain beyond the intended game mechanics
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies or any form of coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through an associate
• Providing false or misleading identity, age or payment information during any stage of registration or verification
• Transferring Account balances to other users outside of any formally supported peer-transfer feature

lv88luck monitors Account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, lv88luck reserves the right to suspend the Account, void associated transactions and refer the matter to the applicable compliance authorities without prior notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

lv88luck accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of payment channels including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and eligible credit or debit cards. Minimum deposit amounts and any processing fees applicable to specific channels will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. lv88luck reserves the right to return deposited funds and suspend an Account where the source of funds cannot be verified as the registered account holder's own money.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeline will be displayed within the Account cashier at the time of the request.

Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not withdrawable until all applicable conditions have been satisfied. Partially wagered bonus balances may be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted before completion of the wagering obligation — refer to the relevant bonus promotion terms for the precise treatment applicable to each offer.

lv88luck does not charge withdrawal fees on standard MYR transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are beyond lv88luck's control.

6.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Where cryptocurrency deposit options are made available, transactions are subject to the prevailing conversion rate at the time of confirmation on the relevant blockchain. lv88luck is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation of a crypto transaction. Converted MYR equivalent values will be applied to your Balance in accordance with the Platform's displayed rates.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and loyalty rewards offered through lv88luck are subject to individual promotion terms, which include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types, maximum bet per round during a wagered bonus, expiry period and any applicable maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings.

Bonus terms are published at the point of each promotion and should be read in full before opting in. A summary of sample conditions — such as a 35x wagering requirement on the 288% Magnificent welcome offer or a 10x requirement on the 100% Standard offer — is indicative of the format used across campaigns. Precise figures are governed by the current published terms for each promotion at the time of participation.

7.2 Eligibility Restrictions

• Welcome bonuses are available once per eligible new account only
• Reload, loyalty and birthday bonuses require the Account to be in good standing with no open disputes or compliance flags
• Referral bonuses require the referred friend to successfully complete registration, KYC and a qualifying first deposit before the referring account receives the reward
• lv88luck reserves the right to decline a bonus claim where suspicious registration patterns, duplicate accounts or coordinated exploitation is detected

7.3 Bonus Abuse

lv88luck employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, patterns consistent with coordinated multi-account exploitation, and irregular betting distributions across bonus-eligible games. Where abuse is confirmed, lv88luck reserves the right to void the bonus, recover associated winnings and close the Account.

Games & Betting Rules

Each game category available on lv88luck — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, live football, lottery and arcade titles — is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or through the applicable betting market display. In the event of any conflict between general Platform Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that game's mechanics.

Sports betting markets on lv88luck cover events including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC events and other international fixtures. Settlement of sports bets will follow the published settlement rules applicable to each market type. In-play and pre-match markets may carry different maximum stake limits, and these will be visible at the time of bet placement.

lv88luck does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market or event. Games and markets may be temporarily or permanently removed without prior notice, and no compensation will be provided for the withdrawal of a game that has not been accessed or wagered upon by the affected Account.

Responsible Gambling

lv88luck is committed to promoting responsible participation across all services. We provide eligible account holders with access to the following self-management tools:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly caps in MYR)
• Session time reminders and activity summaries
• Cooling-off periods (account pause of 24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion requests, which once applied cannot be reversed within the exclusion window
• Account restriction requests submitted through the support team

lv88luck staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively contact Account holders or apply precautionary restrictions without prior request. The minimum participation age is strictly enforced. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any balance — including deposits and winnings — may be withheld pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lv88luck Platform — including but not limited to the lv88luck brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, game descriptions, promotional materials and any software or tools delivered through the Platform — is the intellectual property of lv88luck or its licensed content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, scraping or otherwise exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation from lv88luck.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lv88luck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of gambling funds due to decisions made in connection with game play or betting
• System downtime, connection interruptions or delays beyond lv88luck's reasonable control
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate third-party game or odds data
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's failure to maintain credential security
• Any regulatory, tax or legal consequence arising from your participation as a Malaysian resident or citizen

lv88luck's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of cleared funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

lv88luck may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected
• KYC verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe or are found to be falsified
• The Account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account closure
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the lv88luck support team. Upon voluntary closure, any cleared balance will be returned via your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC compliance. Outstanding bonus credit subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Amendments to These Terms

lv88luck reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, lv88luck will endeavour to notify registered Account holders via their registered email address or through a prominent on-Platform notice at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where urgent circumstances (such as regulatory requirements or security vulnerabilities) require immediate implementation.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Framework & Jurisdiction

lv88luck operates within an international online gaming context. Operators in this sector may be incorporated and licensed under frameworks associated with jurisdictions including, but not limited to, Curaçao or Malta. These Terms are intended to reflect the obligations applicable under the relevant international licensing framework in effect at the time of publication.

These Terms do not constitute a claim that lv88luck is regulated, endorsed or licensed by the Malaysian Government, Bank Negara Malaysia, the Royal Malaysian Police or any other Malaysian public authority. Malaysian users are solely responsible for evaluating their own legal position under Malaysian law before participating.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the lv88luck support process should be referred to the competent authority under the applicable international licensing framework. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
